This website collects only the information needed to respond to your enquiries, manage bookings, and deliver your ceremony with care.

I collect your name, contact details, and ceremony preferences when you get in touch.
Your information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent.
I do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Basic site analytics may be used to improve user experience.
You can request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time.

Legal Status

Celebrant‑led ceremonies are symbolic and non‑legal. You must complete the legal marriage or civil partnership separately with a registrar or other authorised officiant prior to the ceremony.

Booking & Payments

For bookings made more than 14 days before the ceremony, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the ceremony.

For bookings made less than 14 days before the ceremony, payment is required in full at the time of booking.

For 'script-only' services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on acceptance of the finished document.

Cancellations

Deposits are non‑refundable. Payments made after the final balance date are usually non‑refundable. If I must cancel, I will refund you in full. I will not be liable for any additional payments beyond those stated in our agreement.

Script Process

You'll receive a draft script and can request edits. Final approval is needed 14 days before the ceremony.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, ensure venue permissions are in place, and complete any required legal paperwork.

Travel

Travel within 30 miles of my base is included. Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile.

Subsistence

If extended travel or an overnight stay is required, costs will be agreed in advance and charged at cost.

Ceremony Materials

You may source symbolic items yourself, or I can obtain them for you at cost price.

Health & Safety

Venue rules and local by‑laws must be followed. Outdoor ceremonies may need adjustments for safety.

Delays

If the ceremony is delayed by more than 30 minutes due to circumstances beyond my control, an additional fee may apply.

Photos & Video

Any images that include you or your guests will be used only with your permission.

Personal Safety

I may withdraw services if I feel unsafe or experience abusive behaviour.
